Le pouvoir d'achat des chômeurs

A training video made for Canal Emploi – Télé Formation in Liège and broadcast on Télé 2. Unemployed people live on benefits that government measures had just reduced again: by 4 percent for heads of household and 6 percent for people living together, while the young received only waiting allowances. In a role play, unemployed people manage a budget on these benefits themselves. The video came with a file for trainers, a booklet for viewers and a resource person for group discussions.
