Le Piège de Kerguelen

Em 1772, o navegador Yves de Kerguelen deu com um arquipélago no extremo sul do oceano Índico. «Estas ilhas são uma armadilha temível», escreveu no diário de bordo; ali deixou apenas os poucos gatos que levava a bordo. Dois séculos depois, os cientistas da missão Popchat desembarcam em Kerguelen para apanhar os gatos, que se tornaram selvagens, e ver como se adaptaram ao clima gelado. Mas quem observa quem?
